1. Services

We offer repair services for smartphones, tablets, computers, game consoles, and related electronics. We also sell accessories, prepaid cellular plans, and unlocked phones.

2. Device Repairs

  • All repairs are covered under our specific warranty policies (see Section 5).
  • We are not responsible for additional internal damage discovered during repair unless caused by our service.
  • Water-damaged devices are repaired at the customer's own risk. No guarantee is given on functionality.

3. Turnaround Time

Most repairs are completed same-day or within 24-72 hours depending on parts and damage. Delays may occur due to part availability or diagnostic complexity.

4. Data and Privacy

Please back up your data before service. While we take precautions, FastFixCell is not responsible for data loss. We do not access or share personal information unless legally required.

5. Warranty

  • Screen Repairs: Lifetime warranty against touchscreen or display malfunctions, not covering physical or liquid damage.
  • Battery Replacements: 90-day warranty against battery defects, not including swelling, misuse, or water exposure.
  • Accessories & Cases: 30-day return/exchange policy for manufacturer defects only.

6. Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final unless defective. If eligible, returns must be made within 30 days with receipt. Restocking fees may apply.

7. Prepaid Services

All prepaid plans are non-refundable once activated. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is compatible before activation.

8. Limitation of Liability

FastFixCell shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
